It ends with Noir, whom Lag has accepted as being fundamentally the same as Gauche, saying goodbye to Lag in a similar manner before living with those who could not become spirit. There are 20 volumes consisting of total chapters. Tegami Bachi is one of the rare anime which really impressed me! The music was good and the characters were loveable and intriguing! Letter Bee is a very unique and atmospheric anime full of deep mysteries and strong characters.

Its story might have gotten a bit weak midway with all its fillers and flashbacks, but it has so much potential for the second season. Lag is a young boy that is fairly short for his age, with ghost white hair and a single purple eye. While Lag possesses a strong bond with Niche, his relationship with Steak is relatively stale, as they no show particular notable care towards each other, and only cooperate when they fight Gaichuu.
